What you'll do

As the Senior Field Marketing Manager for Justworks in New York City, you will take ownership of the local marketing strategy and budget. You will be responsible for generating and accelerating the revenue pipeline through high-impact marketing initiatives. This includes executing campaigns that resonate with the local community and drive brand awareness. You will collaborate with the regional Sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Your role will also involve analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives. You will act as the primary in-market partner, representing Justworks and advocating for the brand within the community.
