Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, particularly in revenue planning and analysis. You excel at turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business strategy. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across sales, customer success, finance, and marketing. You are comfortable working in a data-driven environment and have a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and revenue growth modeling. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to identify trends and uncover opportunities for efficiency. You are passionate about using data and AI to inform strategic decisions and improve revenue strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the analytical backbone of Justworks' go-to-market organization. You will analyze sales performance and model future growth, providing insights that shape the company's revenue strategies. You will work closely with various teams to identify trends, uncover opportunities for efficiency, and support data-driven sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include developing reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators and insights to stakeholders. You will also be involved in forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring that the companyβs revenue goals are met. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
