What you'll do

As the Manager of Billing Operations, you will play a crucial role in the success of the Benefits Billing Operations team. You will oversee the validation and reconciliation of reporting from our insurance carriers, ensuring that all billing processes are accurate and compliant with regulations. You will lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to address billing issues, providing training and support to team members, and implementing best practices in billing operations.

You will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement — your insights will help shape the direction of the billing operations and contribute to the overall success of Justworks.
