You are a Product Manager with a strong technical background and a keen product sense. You thrive in complex environments and have a proven track record of driving product initiatives from vision to execution. You understand the importance of balancing urgency with thoughtful execution, and you excel at influencing stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership. You appreciate diverse perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed.

You have experience in managing product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and understand how to leverage analytics to inform product strategies. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of expanding products into new international markets.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager for the International SMS team at Klaviyo, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of Klaviyo's SMS and RCS offerings into new international markets. You will collaborate closely with your engineering team, design partners, and other product managers to ensure successful launches in each country. Your role will involve defining product requirements, conducting user research, and prioritizing features that deliver meaningful value to customers.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will work with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring that Klaviyo remains competitive in the international SMS landscape. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial as you advocate for your product vision and drive cross-functional collaboration.
