You have over 10 years of experience in revenue operations, with a strong focus on analytics and strategy — you've successfully driven revenue growth in a technology-focused environment and understand the intricacies of sales performance metrics. Your expertise in Salesforce optimization is complemented by your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You thrive in high-visibility roles where collaboration with executive leadership is key, and you are adept at communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

You possess a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and have a proven track record of implementing initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness — your analytical mindset allows you to forecast revenue accurately and identify opportunities for improvement. You are comfortable leading cross-functional teams and have experience in managing large-scale projects that require meticulous planning and execution. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to excel in their roles.

Desirable

Experience in the IT infrastructure or security management sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven technologies that enhance operational efficiency. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to shape the future of Kaseya's go-to-market engine — your primary responsibility will be to integrate revenue forecasting, sales performance analytics, and GTM strategy into a cohesive function that enables smarter and faster scaling. You will lead initiatives that optimize sales processes and enhance the effectiveness of the sales team, ensuring that Kaseya continues its trajectory of strong growth.

You will oversee the development and implementation of analytics frameworks that provide insights into sales performance, allowing for data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including marketing and product management, to align strategies and ensure that all teams are working towards common revenue goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
