What you'll do

As the Founding Sales Recruiter at Double, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the Sales team. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to understand the team's needs and create a pipeline of qualified candidates. Your role will involve sourcing candidates through various methods, including cold outreach and networking, to ensure a diverse pool of applicants.

You will have the opportunity to experiment with different recruiting techniques and implement creative solutions to enhance the hiring process. Whether it's organizing lunch and learn sessions or participating in campus recruitment events, you will be encouraged to take initiative and try new approaches.
