What you'll do

As the Founding Recruiter at Harmonic, you will lead the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles, focusing initially on Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies that attract top talent, ensuring that the candidate experience is positive and engaging. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and tailor your approach accordingly. Your role will also involve building the recruiting infrastructure that will support Harmonic's growth for years to come.

You will be responsible for designing and refining the interview process, ensuring that it is both thorough and respectful of candidates' time. You will leverage various platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates, utilizing your network and industry knowledge to find the best fits.
