What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Kiddom, you will join a fast-moving, experiment-driven Growth Pod focused on increasing user engagement and accelerating product adoption. You will collaborate closely with a small, agile team of engineers, product managers, and designers to rapidly prototype and ship features that directly shape how educators and students experience Kiddom. Your role will involve designing and implementing both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

You will be responsible for leading technical discussions and code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the overall technical direction of the team. Your ability to analyze user data and feedback will guide your development process, allowing you to iterate on features that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with new technologies and methodologies, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in educational technology.
