What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead high-impact projects aimed at amplifying the user base of ChatGPT and Plus Subscribers. You will drive the long-term growth of ChatGPT through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences. You will plan and deploy backend APIs necessary to power these product experiences, ensuring they are efficient and reliable.
You will work closely with research, product, design, and data science teams to execute on projects that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include optimizing account access, notifications, and SEO strategies, as well as fostering value discovery and virality within the product. You will leverage your technical skills to implement solutions that address user needs and improve overall product performance.
