Your background includes working in startups, where you've developed a strong understanding of product-led growth strategies and the importance of data-driven decision-making. You are comfortable with forming hypotheses based on data and iterating quickly to improve user experiences across various product journeys.

You possess a deep understanding of modern web technologies, particularly JavaScript and frameworks like React, and have experience building scalable applications that serve millions of users. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure the impact of your experiments effectively, and you enjoy collaborating with product and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life. You are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and are excited about the opportunity to influence company-level metrics through your work.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the Product Growth team, you will own critical experiments from ideation to execution. This includes brainstorming and planning new features, collaborating with product and design teams to scope projects, and building and shipping high-quality code. You will analyze the results of your experiments to measure their impact on user acquisition, onboarding, and overall product engagement. Your role will involve working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure that insights are quickly turned into actionable product improvements.

You will set ambitious growth goals and be responsible for shipping multiple experiments each week, iterating based on the data you gather. Your contributions will directly influence the user experience for Scribe's 5 million+ users, making your work impactful and rewarding. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
