Who you are

You have 5+ years of mobile development experience with a proven track record of building and scaling production apps across iOS and Android. Your strong mobile architecture skills include a deep understanding of state management patterns and app architecture such as MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture. You take pride in your ability to build maintainable codebases at scale and have experience owning production apps from inception to deployment.

You are adept at integrating with financial service providers like Plaid, Stripe, and Tabapay, ensuring that sensitive financial data is handled with accuracy and security. Your experience includes developing reusable components and design system elements that enhance experimentation velocity across multi-brand mobile platforms. You are comfortable working closely with product, data science, and operations teams to ship features that directly impact customers' financial wellbeing while maintaining high standards of reliability, security, and compliance.

Desirable

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and improving build systems is a plus. Familiarity with developer velocity tools and practices will help you thrive in our growing team environment.

What you'll do

As a Senior Mobile Engineer on the Grant Growth Team, you will own end-to-end feature development across the user lifecycle, from identity verification and onboarding flows to cash management and account experiences. You will be responsible for building robust mobile interfaces that integrate seamlessly with internal APIs and external financial service providers. Your role will involve enhancing the mobile platform foundations, improving build systems, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance user experience and drive engagement. Your contributions will directly impact the financial lives of hundreds of thousands of users, with the potential to grow to millions as we expand our product offerings. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise in mobile architecture and best practices to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
