Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you can navigate complex technical challenges while maintaining a focus on user needs. What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Grant Growth Team, you will design and implement core backend systems that support growth features for our rapidly expanding user base. You will work on scaling existing offerings to handle millions of users monthly, ensuring that our systems are robust and efficient. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product and design teams to enhance the user experience throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.

You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to uphold high standards of quality within the team. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our product, as you work to create features that bring users back and provide them with ongoing value.
