You have 5+ years of experience building and scaling production systems — you've owned services from design through deployment and have navigated the complexities of integrating with third-party platforms. You thrive in ambiguity and take initiative, enjoying the challenge of owning systems end-to-end. Your strong fundamentals allow you to learn quickly, and while experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus, your ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity is equally valued. You communicate technical complexity clearly and appropriately depending on the audience, listening actively and humbly to feedback, knowing that great software is built by teams, not individuals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Partnerships Engineering team, you'll architect and build scalable solutions that power enterprise customers' operations. Your work will involve complex integrations and multi-tenant systems, directly influencing business outcomes. You'll have significant ownership over the design, build, and scaling of our B2B platform, focusing on API architecture and enterprise integration patterns. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that the solutions you develop meet the needs of our strategic partners and contribute to Kikoff's mission of helping millions of Americans build financial confidence.
