KiwiCo is hiring an eCommerce Operations Coordinator to support new initiatives for their e-commerce store. What you'll do
In this role, you will support new initiatives for KiwiCo's e-commerce store, leveraging customer insights and market data to inform your strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to ideate and execute projects that enhance the digital customer experience. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with the company's goals.
You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that campaigns are effectively integrated with the e-commerce platform. Additionally, you will partner with the Digital Product team to enhance the online storefront and content platform, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
