What you'll do

As the Operations Coordinator, you will act as the primary support for chauffeurs visiting the Academy, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. You will take full ownership of the Chauffeur Onboarding Process, which includes conducting document checks and coordinating accreditation sessions. Your role will also involve organizing major UK events such as the Royal Ascot and the Henley Regatta, where you will ensure chauffeurs are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service. You will identify performance gaps and work proactively to address them, contributing to the overall success of the operations team. Your responsibilities will extend beyond daily tasks, as you will play a crucial role in enhancing the chauffeur experience and supporting the company's growth objectives.
