Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong focus on data analysis and business intelligence. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau, allowing you to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive decision-making. Your background includes working cross-functionally with various teams, ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively communicated and utilized across the organization.
You possess a solid understanding of compensation analytics and have experience in building data pipelines that support compensation-related queries. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying trends and patterns in data, which helps in providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively makes you a valuable partner to leadership teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the source of truth for compensation data at Klaviyo. You will collaborate closely with People leaders and analysts to ensure they can access accurate and timely compensation information. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of variable compensation plans, helping to create a more incentivized and high-performing organization.
You will also support ancillary functions within the Professional Services organization, ensuring that data needs are met across various departments. Your role will involve analyzing compensation data, generating reports, and providing insights that help shape compensation strategies. You will be an embedded partner to the Go To Market leadership, facilitating data-driven discussions and decisions.
