You have a strong background in advanced analytics and automation, with at least 5 years of experience in data analytics and data modeling. You are skilled in Python and SQL, and you understand how to leverage AI to drive insights and automation in customer success strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, operations, and data teams to build scalable solutions that enhance customer experiences. You are a strategic thinker who can architect and operationalize complex analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring that insights translate into actionable workflows.
Desirable
Experience with AI tooling and automation frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success metrics and analytics. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. You have a passion for data and a desire to empower teams through insights and automation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the development of customer success intelligence systems, focusing on advanced analytics and insights. You will design production-grade data models and analytics pipelines that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining customer cohorting systems, analyzing health and success signals, and identifying churn and expansion drivers. You will champion AI-powered workflows that enhance operational efficiency and drive customer engagement.
