Who you are

You have 5-8 years of relevant analytics experience, focusing on problem-solving and advanced analytics solutions. Your educational background includes a B.E, MBA, or an advanced degree in Mathematics or Statistics, equipping you with the analytical skills necessary for this role. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle complex business challenges effectively. Your proficiency in SQL and Python is complemented by your experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools, allowing you to present data insights clearly and effectively. You are comfortable engaging with clients to understand their business context and translating business problems into analytical structures. Your experience managing teams ensures that you can lead data analysts to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

What you'll do

As the Manager Analytics at Sigmoid, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs and map out processes in visual formats. You will translate business problems into analytical frameworks and apply statistical and machine learning techniques to derive insights. Your role involves managing a team of data analysts, ensuring they deliver solutions that meet client specifications. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to embed AI and analytics into business decision-making processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing algorithms and models to solve various business problems across different industry domains. Your leadership will drive the team to provide end-to-end analysis support, generating data outputs according to agreed specifications. You will also be involved in client interactions, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
