Klaviyo is hiring a Senior Customer & Advocacy Marketing Manager to lead customer advocacy initiatives across EMEA. You'll work closely with diverse brands to amplify their success stories. This role requires a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer marketing or advocacy, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of different markets within EMEA and can tailor strategies to resonate with diverse audiences. Your background includes working with brands in the e-commerce space, and you have a knack for storytelling that drives engagement and trust.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including global marketing and content teams. You are culturally aware and can navigate the complexities of multiple languages and digital maturity levels across the region. You are passionate about celebrating customer success and have experience in creating impactful marketing programs that highlight customer stories.
Desirable
Experience in a high-growth tech environment is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics will help you measure the success of your initiatives. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to both in-office and remote collaboration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the customer advocacy strategy for Klaviyo in the EMEA region. You will identify and engage with Klaviyo's biggest advocates, transforming their success into compelling stories that inspire and educate other potential customers. You will work closely with the Brand & Content team to develop programs that amplify these stories across various channels.
You will collaborate with the global Community & Customer Marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and success metrics to continuously improve advocacy initiatives. You will also be responsible for organizing events and campaigns that celebrate customer achievements and foster community engagement.
