Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with complex and strategic customer accounts. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate intricate procurement processes and develop strong relationships with clients. You understand the importance of aligning customer security and compliance goals with their growth needs, and you are adept at driving revenue through renewals and upsells.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. Your strategic mindset enables you to develop and execute account plans that maximize customer lifetime value. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Vanta, you will own and exceed revenue targets for your assigned book of business. This includes managing renewals, upsells, and identifying expansion opportunities across Vanta's product portfolio. You will develop strategic account plans that align with customer needs and drive overall net revenue expansion.

You will work closely with the post-sales organization to ensure exceptional customer outcomes, helping clients achieve their security and compliance goals. Your role will involve navigating complex procurement processes and collaborating with various teams to deliver the best solutions for your customers.
