You have a solid background in data analysis and product strategy — your experience allows you to thrive at the intersection of data and product, bringing curiosity and analytical skills to the table. You are comfortable working with SQL and R or Python, and you have a knack for designing and analyzing A/B tests that translate data into actionable recommendations for product teams.
You understand the importance of customer insights and are skilled at conducting exploratory analyses to uncover patterns in customer behavior and product usage. Your ability to define and track product and customer metrics helps measure success and informs product strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate product opportunities through A/B testing and data analysis. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and analysis of experiments, ensuring correct setup, sufficient power, and clear interpretation of results. Your insights will help shape product strategy and drive user engagement.
You will also define and track key product and customer metrics, helping to build dashboards and reporting that make insights accessible to the broader team. Your work will directly impact the success of Klaviyo's products and the experiences of its users.
