Who you are
You have a strong background in data science with expertise in statistical modeling and product development — you thrive at the intersection of data and product, using your analytical skills to drive strategic decisions. Your proficiency in R and Python allows you to build complex models and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
You are comfortable designing and validating causal inference frameworks, ensuring that your recommendations are grounded in solid statistical methods. Your experience with A/B testing and multivariate tests equips you to lead the design and analysis of experiments that inform product direction and enhance user experience.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex data findings to non-technical audiences. You understand the importance of collaboration and are eager to partner with product and engineering teams to uncover high-impact opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with product and engineering teams to identify and evaluate product opportunities through rigorous experimentation and predictive modeling. You will lead the design, implementation, and analysis of experiments, ensuring that they are statistically sound and yield actionable insights. Your work will involve conducting statistical research projects to uncover patterns in customer behavior, which will inform product strategy and development.
