You are skilled in defining metrics that matter and designing A/B tests to validate product hypotheses. What you'll do

As a Data Scientist on the Applied Product team, you will embed with product development teams to uncover new ways to improve products and drive growth. You will define and interpret A/B tests, establishing source-of-truth dashboards that the entire company can use to answer their product questions. Your role will be critical as OpenAI's products reach millions of users and businesses worldwide, and you will be a core member of the product development team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data insights are integrated into the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Your work will involve analyzing user behavior and product performance, providing actionable recommendations that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You will also be responsible for communicating findings to stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven insights inform strategic decisions.
