What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering for Messaging Infrastructure, you will own the end-to-end messaging platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of Klaviyo's customers while maintaining high standards of performance and reliability. You will lead a team of engineers responsible for developing and operating the core platform that sends and receives messages at scale. Your role will involve setting strategic direction, defining clear objectives, and driving execution to enhance deliverability and reduce latency.

You will collaborate closely with product teams to innovate and improve messaging capabilities, ensuring that Klaviyo remains at the forefront of communication technology. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of services, pipelines, and integrations that facilitate fast and compliant message delivery.
