What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Flows Insights & Management team, you will lead a group of talented engineers in developing Klaviyo’s Flows product. You will guide the execution of major new features, focusing on intelligent personalizations and scalability. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure that the product meets evolving customer needs. You will be responsible for setting architectural direction and providing technical leadership, while also managing team dynamics and individual career development. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver impactful solutions. Your leadership will directly influence the success of over 170,000 brands that rely on Klaviyo to engage with their customers effectively.
