What you'll do

As the Lead Product Manager for Developer Experience at Klaviyo, you will define and drive the product strategy for the internal development environment — your focus will be on enhancing the speed and quality of software development processes. You will collaborate with engineering leaders across various teams, including Developer Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering, to ensure that the tools and processes in place meet the needs of developers.

You will set the vision for how Klaviyo develops software, aiming to reduce cycle times and incidents while leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks. Your role will involve gathering feedback from developers, analyzing their workflows, and implementing changes that lead to a more efficient and enjoyable development experience. You will also be responsible for aligning product initiatives with the overall company strategy, ensuring that the developer experience contributes to Klaviyo's mission of building a world-class engineering organization.
