What you'll do

In this role, you will set the vision for Klaviyo's developer environment, aligning product strategy with the company's mission to build a world-class engineering organization. You will partner with engineering leaders across Developer Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, and product teams to shape how Klaviyo develops software. Your focus will be on enabling faster cycle times and reducing incidents, leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks, and making Klaviyo an attractive workplace for top engineering talent.

You will lead initiatives that improve the developer experience, ensuring that engineers can build, test, and release high-quality products efficiently. Your responsibilities will include defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business goals, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity. You will also be responsible for communicating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
