What you'll do
As a Lead Software Engineer at Klaviyo, you will be responsible for guiding the Amplify Engineering team in building internal tools and platforms that enhance productivity across the organization. You will work closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, Engineering & Product, Customer Service & Success, and Finance to identify operational challenges and develop software solutions that address them. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust systems that automate repetitive tasks and provide valuable insights through interactive dashboards.
You will lead the engineering efforts in creating AI-powered automation tools that help Klaviyos work more efficiently. This includes overseeing the development of 3rd-party integrations and ensuring that the software solutions are scalable and reliable. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring that the team meets its goals and deadlines.
