What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects to introduce our AI-driven Human Risk Management platform. Your primary goal will be to qualify leads and pass interested prospects to your assigned Territory/Account Executive(s). You will engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to understand their needs and how our solutions can address them. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and follow-up, ensuring a seamless transition for qualified leads. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of our products and the cybersecurity landscape, enabling you to communicate effectively with prospects.
