Your creativity shines through in your ability to design interactive simulations, infographics, and step-by-step guides that enhance the learning experience. What you'll do
As an Instructional Designer at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for developing learning experiences that help customers effectively use the company's cybersecurity platform. You will collaborate with technical experts to understand the features of the platform and create instructional materials that simplify complex information. Your role will involve designing interactive content that engages users and facilitates self-guided learning.
You will conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in user knowledge and develop targeted learning solutions to address those gaps. Your work will include creating a variety of instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, infographics, and user guides, ensuring that all content is accessible and user-friendly. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of your instructional materials through user feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to enhance the learning experience.
