What you'll do

As a KnowBe4 Studios Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and developing a variety of learning activities, including courses, assessments, and games that are integral to the KnowBe4 customer experience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's mission to enhance security awareness. Your role will involve utilizing various software tools and technologies to create interactive and effective learning modules that resonate with users.

You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new learning activities and continuously seek feedback to improve existing content. Your ability to analyze user engagement data will help you refine and optimize the learning experiences you create. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and cybersecurity to ensure that KnowBe4 remains at the forefront of security awareness training.
