Who you are

You have 4-7+ years of experience in product and UX design, demonstrating a strong ability to translate complex product requirements into intuitive user experiences. Your background includes hands-on work in designing user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, showcasing your craft and systems thinking.

You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable operating independently, which allows you to contribute effectively during critical transitions. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams, ensuring that design solutions are both thoughtful and usable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product and UX design for key product areas during a transition period, ensuring continuity and context transfer. You will translate complex product requirements and technical concepts into intuitive user experiences, designing user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.

You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope, iterate, and deliver design solutions that meet user needs. Additionally, you will contribute to discovery work, including research synthesis, journey mapping, and usability testing, to inform your design decisions.

Maintaining and evolving existing design patterns and systems will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the design remains consistent and effective. You will also ensure a smooth handoff and continuity through structured overlap with outgoing designers, facilitating a seamless transition.
