Who you are

You have a strong background in technical support engineering, with experience in assisting customers with complex technical issues in production environments. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are eager to work collaboratively with both customers and your team to resolve challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide clear guidance is essential in ensuring customer success.

You are familiar with API technologies and ServiceMesh solutions, having worked with leading-edge technologies that solve real-world challenges. Your problem-solving skills enable you to lead investigations into complex technical puzzles, and you are comfortable conducting live troubleshooting calls and emails with customers in an enterprise setting.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Kong products and technologies, including our API Gateway and ServiceMesh solutions. You will lead the investigation of technical issues, working collaboratively with customers to understand and resolve their concerns. Additionally, you will create knowledge articles to complement our documentation and enable both customers and internal teams to better utilize our products.

You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and guidance to our Product and Engineering teams, acting as a voice for our customers. Your contributions will help strengthen customer relationships and ensure their success with Kong's technologies. This position requires you to work from 4 PM to 1 AM India Time to support the EST shift, allowing you to engage with customers during their business hours.
