Job Description
Who you are
You are a recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Math, Stats, Physics, Financial Engineering, or Economics. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are proactive in an independent research environment. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to foster research discussions with various stakeholders. You are proficient in Python and can quickly learn C++, and you have a solid understanding of machine learning techniques. You are eager to take ownership of your ideas and contribute to innovative strategies from day one.
What you'll do
In this role, you will kickstart your journey with a focused training program designed to quickly get you up to speed with our systems and processes. You will gain hands-on experience by working on real-life research projects, where you will enhance your analytical skills by working with large datasets provided by the company to uncover insights. You will learn to prioritize key findings and turn them into actionable solutions. You will be part of an environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and exploration without boundaries, allowing you to contribute to the development of innovative strategies from the outset.
