What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Kyra, you will lead the design of our flagship Kyra Platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of both creators and brands. You will conduct user research to gather insights and inform your design decisions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user engagement. Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, you will iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, ensuring that the final product is both functional and visually appealing.
You will also play a key role in establishing design guidelines and best practices within the team, mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Your work will directly impact how brands connect with audiences through culturally resonant content, making a significant contribution to the success of our clients.
