What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Lalamove, you will begin your journey by supporting major corporate clients through operational tasks. You will monitor delivery statuses and ensure smooth operations from order to completion. Your role will involve responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding daily deliveries, ensuring that clients receive the support they need. In the mid-term, you will assist in creating delivery reports and supporting regular meetings with senior account managers, helping to resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process.
