What you'll do

As a Business Data Analyst at Lalamove, you will dive deep into our data to uncover insights that empower various teams across the organization. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand their data requirements and provide them with the necessary analysis to make informed decisions. Your role will involve analyzing user behavior, market trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators, ensuring that stakeholders have access to the data they need to drive their strategies. Additionally, you will conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different initiatives, providing recommendations based on your findings.
