Who you are
You have a strong background in social media marketing and brand strategy — you've successfully developed and executed social media campaigns that resonate with tech audiences. Your experience includes creating engaging video content that showcases products and thought leadership, and you are comfortable using various platforms like X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to expand brand reach.
You possess excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally with product marketing, engineering, and education teams — you understand how to translate technical innovations into compelling content that engages developers and the broader tech community. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop cohesive content strategies while also being hands-on in the execution of campaigns.
What you'll do
In this role, you will shape how developers and the tech ecosystem experience LangChain — you'll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, building a video content engine, and leading brand initiatives. You will create compelling video programs for product launches and thought leadership, ensuring that our messaging aligns with our technical innovations.
You will collaborate closely with product marketing to ensure that our campaigns effectively communicate the value of our agent engineering platform and open-source frameworks. Your role will involve executing high-impact brand campaigns, such as our current billboard project, to enhance our visibility in the developer community.
You will analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights — your ability to interpret analytics will help you refine our approach and maximize engagement. You will also stay updated on emerging platforms and trends to ensure that LangChain remains at the forefront of brand marketing in the tech space.
What we offer
LangChain offers competitive compensation that includes a base salary ranging from $155,000 to $195,000, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
