You are a creative and data-savvy Social Media Manager with a passion for growing and engaging global audiences across key platforms. You have a strong understanding of content strategy and planning, and you excel at aligning content themes with brand campaigns and product launches. Your experience includes writing, designing, and publishing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. You are proactive in engaging with relevant creators and professionals, and you understand the importance of community sentiment in fostering a trusted online presence.
You are skilled in using AI tools for trend discovery and content planning, and you leverage generative AI to enhance creativity and speed in content creation. Your analytical mindset allows you to track performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, defining KPIs and analyzing trends to iterate on strategies effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with internal teams and external creators to amplify campaigns and optimize engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the global social media calendar across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will align content themes with brand campaigns, product launches, and community engagement efforts. Your responsibilities will include writing, designing, and publishing high-quality content, as well as partnering with internal teams and external creators for visuals and storytelling. You will proactively engage with influencers and industry conversations, collaborating with the Influencer Marketing team to amplify campaigns and co-create content.
You will monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster a strong community, managing social sentiment and supporting influencer campaigns with native brand storytelling. Your role will also involve using AI tools for trend discovery and content planning, enhancing creativity and experimentation in content creation. You will track performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, defining KPIs and analyzing trends to iterate on your strategies effectively.
