You have extensive experience in social media management, ideally having spent years being the voice of beloved lifestyle, media, or fashion brands. You understand how to curate a brand's presence on social platforms and have a keen sense of what resonates with audiences. Your strategic mindset allows you to balance product promotion with brand storytelling, ensuring that every post aligns with the company's vision. You thrive in hands-on roles where you can be both strategic and executional, bringing creative ideas to life while also analyzing their impact. You are comfortable working directly with leadership teams and have a collaborative spirit that fosters strong relationships across departments.
What you'll do
As the Social Media Lead at Sesame, you will launch and own the company's social presence, shaping how Sesame shows up in the world. You will develop and execute a comprehensive social strategy that balances product and brand messaging, ensuring that the voice of Sesame is consistent and engaging across all platforms. You will work closely with the leadership team to define the brand's identity and ensure that it resonates with the target audience.
