You have a proven track record of building and leading engineering teams, particularly in the AI or software development space — your experience includes scaling teams and establishing technical credibility with clients. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, enabling your team to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders — you are adept at building relationships with customers and understanding their needs. What you'll do
As the Head of Deployed Engineering - East, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of deployed engineers who will work closely with sales to support customer needs — your role will involve overseeing pre-sales efforts and ensuring customer success post-sale. You will establish best practices for deploying AI agents and ensure that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
You will play a critical role in shaping the technical strategy for LangChain's deployed engineering efforts, collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and success — your insights will help guide product development and customer engagement strategies. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
