Who you are
You are an engineer who loves working with customers and has a background in deployment or solution architecture. You thrive in developer-focused environments and have experience bringing applications to production. You enjoy being a trusted partner to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of LLM applications and ensuring their success with LangChain's products.
You have a strong understanding of LLM applications and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience includes leading trainings and workshops, where you share best practices and insights with developer audiences. You are passionate about helping teams transform their ideas into reliable production experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with companies at the forefront of LLM applications, collaborating on a variety of projects ranging from concierge search to code generation and agentic co-pilots. You will be responsible for giving technical demos of LangChain's entire suite of products, showcasing their capabilities and helping clients understand how to leverage them effectively.
You will collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to win deals, providing technical insights that help close opportunities. Your role will also involve translating customer insights and feedback into product improvements, working hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure that the products meet the needs of users.
Additionally, you will lead special projects that allow you to dogfood new products, ensuring that you are not only promoting them but also using them in your own work. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

LangChain offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. We believe in supporting our team members and providing them with the resources they need to thrive in their roles. Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location, with an annual OTE salary range of $150,000-$270,000 USD.
