Who you are
You have a strong engineering background and enjoy working closely with customers, ideally with experience as a deployed engineer or solution architect at developer-focused companies. You thrive in environments where you can be a trusted partner to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of LLM applications and ensuring their success with LangChain's products.
Your experience includes collaborating on a variety of LLM applications, from concierge search to code generation and agentic co-pilots. You are comfortable giving technical demos and leading trainings and workshops that showcase best practices to developer audiences. You understand the importance of translating customer insights and feedback into product improvements, and you enjoy working closely with sales teams to win deals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with companies at the forefront of LLM applications, helping them bring innovative ideas to production-ready applications. You will collaborate on a wide variety of LLM applications, ensuring that they are built with speed and granular control. Your responsibilities will include giving technical demos of the entire suite of LangChain's products, leading trainings and workshops targeted at developer audiences, and collaborating closely with the enterprise sales team to win deals.
You will also work hand-in-hand with engineering teams, translating customer insights and feedback into actionable product improvements. Leading special projects that dogfood new products will be part of your role, allowing you to directly influence the development and enhancement of LangChain's offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this position.
What we offer
LangChain provides a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. The annual OTE salary range for this position is $150,000-$270,000 USD, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and contributions.
