Job Description
Who you are
You are a hands-on Controls & Instrumentation Engineer with experience in integrating and managing industrial instrumentation and control systems. You thrive at the intersection of design intent and real-world execution, ensuring that automation and control systems are correctly specified, installed, commissioned, and operated in safety-critical environments. Your background includes working closely with vendors, fabricators, technicians, and operations teams to translate requirements into reliable, field-ready systems. You have a strong understanding of electrical systems and instrumentation, and you are comfortable in a technical integrator role.
Desirable
Experience in the nuclear industry or similar safety-critical environments is a plus. Familiarity with lifecycle management of control systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving will set you apart. You are also open to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies in the field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the integration and deployment of industrial instrumentation and control systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems meet safety and operational standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including vendors and technicians, to ensure that the systems are installed and commissioned correctly. Your role will involve hands-on work in the field, where you will troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
