Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, finance, or a strategic role within a technology company — your background equips you to work cross-functionally and support various teams effectively. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field or possess equivalent work experience, demonstrating your analytical capabilities. Your strong SQL skills are a must, allowing you to manipulate and analyze complex datasets with ease. Familiarity with tools like dbt and Looker enhances your ability to create insightful dashboards and reports. You are adept at translating technical analyses into actionable recommendations, ensuring that stakeholders can make informed decisions based on your insights.
Desirable
Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Marketo is a plus, as it will help you refine processes and improve efficiency across the organization. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, sales, customer experience, and operational leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Your ability to identify trends and opportunities within revenue data will be crucial in supporting the revenue organization and enhancing overall performance.
What you'll do
As a GTM Analytics Manager at Lattice, you will play a critical role in informing our go-to-market strategy and business decisions. You will develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You will provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven decisions are at the forefront of our operations. Additionally, you will support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools, refining ambiguous questions and generating new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business.
