Who you are

You have 5+ years of direct experience in an analytical role focused on Sales, Marketing, or GTM operations/finance within a B2B SaaS environment — you've developed a strong understanding of how data can drive business decisions and improve performance across various functions. Your expertise includes building and maintaining Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Sales Pipeline models for business forecasting and predictability, ensuring that your insights are actionable and impactful.

You possess advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation — you are comfortable diving into complex datasets to uncover trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions. Your experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau, allows you to design, build, and maintain standardized reporting infrastructure and dashboards that serve as a single source of truth for GTM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your analytical mindset is complemented by strong communication skills — you can effectively translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in GTM strategies.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with financial modeling and capacity planning. You are adept at using data to assess GTM spend efficiency and support annual planning processes, including quarterly target-setting.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the key analytics business partner for the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization — your primary responsibility will be to lead comprehensive performance deep dives across all GTM functions, analyzing sales pipeline stages, campaign efficiency, channel partner efficacy, and customer retention/churn metrics. You will assist in the development and refinement of ARR and Sales Pipeline models to enhance forecasting accuracy and business predictability for leadership.

You will design, build, and maintain standardized reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and templates using BI tools like Tableau — your work will establish a single source of truth for GTM KPIs, enabling the organization to make informed decisions based on reliable data. Your insights will directly impact strategic investment decisions that yield the highest return across the entire Axonius customer journey.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams to ensure that your analyses align with their objectives and support their initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing financial models to assess GTM spend efficiency, contributing to annual planning and capacity planning processes.
