You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on enterprise solutions. You understand the intricacies of feature management and have a proven track record of driving product adoption across large organizations. Your ability to build and maintain deep customer relationships sets you apart, as you prioritize understanding their needs and challenges. You excel in strategic planning and market analysis, translating insights into actionable product roadmaps. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with engineering and design teams, ensuring alignment on product initiatives. You are comfortable leading complex projects and balancing technical feasibility with business value. You thrive in environments where you can influence product direction and drive significant outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead discovery efforts to identify strategic product opportunities through in-depth customer engagement and market analysis. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from definition and planning to execution and prioritization. Collaborating closely with engineering and design counterparts, you will scope and deliver high-impact initiatives that align with organizational objectives. You will define and lead the execution of complex product initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that deliverables meet high-quality standards and timelines. Building and maintaining relationships with LaunchDarkly's largest customers will be a key part of your role, as you seek to understand their needs and drive adoption of the platform across their organizations. You will also be responsible for shaping the long-term strategy for software control, ensuring that LaunchDarkly remains a leader in the feature management space.
