Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and have a keen interest in software development and DevOps. Your strong sales acumen allows you to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. You are proactive in identifying risks that may inhibit customer adoption and have a proven track record of developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

You possess deep knowledge of customer success best practices and are skilled in project management, ensuring that customers are onboarded smoothly and effectively. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is key to your success in this role. You are a subject-matter expert on the LaunchDarkly platform and are committed to helping customers realize value from their investment.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at LaunchDarkly, you will be the primary point of contact for customers post-sales, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring successful activation in the product. You will build success plans tailored to each customer's needs and manage the onboarding process to help them leverage the platform effectively. You will continuously assess customer adoption and work to identify any risks that may lead to churn or contraction.

You will provide technical guidance to customers, sharing best practices for implementation and adoption of the LaunchDarkly platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers receive the support they need to succeed. You will maintain a pulse on customer progress against their key goals and proactively address any challenges they may face. Your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with the product.
