What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will take ownership of customer onboarding and ensure they realize the full value of Fieldguide's solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows and provide tailored support to enhance their experience. Your role will involve conducting training sessions and workshops to empower customers to utilize the software effectively. You will also gather feedback from users to inform product improvements and collaborate with the product team to address any issues that arise.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within the company. Your insights will help shape the customer journey and drive engagement with the product. You will monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are satisfied and achieving their desired outcomes. Your contributions will be vital in helping Fieldguide establish a reputation for exceptional customer service and support.
