You'll drive technical discovery and deliver high-impact demonstrations while collaborating with sales and customer success teams. Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical sales and solutions engineering, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. You excel in active listening and can quickly build custom demos and solutions that resonate with clients. Your ability to cultivate trust and credibility with customers sets you apart as a strategic advisor. You maintain expert-level knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring you can provide valuable insights to clients. You are also a mentor at heart, eager to share your expertise and foster technical excellence within your team.
Desirable
Experience in multiple verticals is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise software solutions. You are comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and have a knack for crafting compelling technical value propositions that align with business goals. Your curiosity drives you to stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and customer needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive technical discovery and architecture design throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, ensuring that customer needs are met with tailored solutions. You will partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to deliver high-impact demonstrations and proposals that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders. Your ability to liaise between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams will be crucial in relaying feedback and influencing the product roadmap. You will lead cross-regional technical initiatives, enhancing SE tools and processes for global scalability. Mentoring junior team members will also be a key responsibility, as you share industry best practices and foster a culture of technical excellence within the Solutions Engineering team.
